Yo creo que una gestión cultural ineficiente, deviene de una gestión municipal ineficiente.
Sin querer justificar la inoperancia del actual secretario de cultura, creo que no debemos encontrar el malestar cultural por ese lado.
La secretaría de cultura, dentro de lo poco que realiza, apoya al Cineclub 9 Reinas, y no veo que ningún ciudadano de La Carlota, salvo contado con los dedos de la mano, vaya a las funciones.
Ojo, se que no es fácil lidiar con estos dinosaurios que están en las secretarías, puestos a dedo por compromisos políticos, pero tampoco debemos quedarnos con eso.
Piensen lo bien que le viene al intendente, una persona así, que no gasta en cultura y acata las órdenes que les imparte.
Creo en un fuerte potencial en materia cultural en La Carlota, y deseo fervientemente que en las próximas elecciones, la ciudad se de cuenta que necesita un cambio y así bregar por una secretaría de cultura que trabaje en post de la misma.
Siempre o en las mayorías de los casos estoy en desacuerdo con lo que piensa el secretario, pero la verdad que todas las veces que propuse algún proyecto, tuve recepción o por lo menos me atendió. Esto se gana con trabajo, ideas y propuestas.
También sé, que muchas veces la secretaría se “prende” de las ideas de otros para hacerlas propias y eso es intolerable.
Repito, no defiendo la posición de estos personajes en lugares tan importantes, sobre todo con lo que se gasta de sueldo, pero creo que los ciudadanos debemos comprometernos un poco más.
Propongo que presenten proyectos, soliciten fondos, y en caso que no les den bola, nos juntemos para hacer las cosas independientes.
Esto de realizar actividades independientes ya funcionó con un grupito, pequeño, de artistas que intervenimos distintas plazas de La Carlota.
Nada, ni nadie, podrá impedir que haga algo en que me sienta a gusto con mi trabajo.
Otro ejemplo para cerrar; piensen en el Teatro Malvinas, donde un grupo de personas logramos meternos, correr de las reuniones al secretario y al intendente, hacer las cosas que se nos diera la gana, y por no tener un grupo constante y numeroso de personas ayudando, los pocos que éramos desistimos.
Así que muchach@s, a trabajar que hace falta y mucho si queremos un nuevo resurgir en la cultura local.
